Hot Yoga

I have been practicing Bikram hot yoga for 6 weeks now. I just love the heat, the 40-degree room, the sweating sensation and the super-charged energy that i can smell and sense in all the yoga practitioners.

Every session is exciting and enligtening. Exciting in the sense that i'd been practicing for 6 weeks now and yet there is always new challenge for me in each class.

Enlightening. .there is always something new to learn in each session. It could be about my body, my own flexibility or simply about the pose itself . One thing i like the most is, we always keep stretching until we feel some pain or can't stretch any further. Then, the teacher cheered us up with a sentence "Pain is always good!That means you are doing it right!All your joints and organs are enjoying the benefit!"

I draw my daily dose of motivation and momentum thro the one and a half hour session in class. I can really relate of rythm of yoga and life. Although we are performing the same 26-posture each time ..That routine never seem mundane. .In yoga, no two class is the same;In life, no two day is the same!
