Change is a constant

The recent market volatility maybe a good sign for some, especially the opportunists.

Some people asked me, is it a good time to go in now?
It is hard to time the market.When is the best time?
Fundamental has not changed, that is for sure. Thus, in times like this,only one word of advice.You must have the financial muscle to hold on. Gone were the days you can just pick any fund and expect 20% returns in the next 2 to 3 months.

Such market condition may linger on for a while. If the environment doesn't change? What do you do? Stay out of the game?
If circumstance does not change, You change.
Alter your investment style to suit the current market condition, by picking up some good bargains every now and then, so to dollar-cost average out your investment.

And a small reminder, for those CPF investors, please do not forget the window period is only till 1 Apr 2008.
