Managing clients is exciting. No two client is the same. Clients can be very fun-loving & friendly or nasty & demanding. I have clients who are very good friends or some who just tried to give you a hard time.
In a people-oriented business..nothing is certain. Human's mood changes every second.plans change.decisions change.
For clients who invest with us,what i find most challenging task is not about delievering sexy or sophisticated returns to their portfolio. In fact, what is more daunting, is about managing clients' expectation. We have to always measure and meet with clients objective of investment, targeted returns, risk appetite and time horizon. Once their expectation is correctly set, the whole journey of managing clients becomes easier.
